LOCAL REALTOR ACHIEVES NATIONAL RECOGNITION

Ventura CA – Tom Molinari with Remax Integrity has been awarded the Accredited Buyer’s Representation (ABR) designation by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council. (REBAC) of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS (NAR).

Tom joins more than 30,000 real estate professionals in North America who have earned the ABR designation. All were required to successfully complete a comprehensive course in buyer representation and an elective course focusing on a buyer representation specialty, both in addition to submitting documentation verifying professional experience.

REBAC, founded in 1988, is the world's largest association of real estate professionals focusing specifically on representing the real estate buyer. There are more than 40,000 active members of the organization world-wide.  THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS, "The Voice for Real Estate," is the world's largest professional association, representing over 1,000,000 members involved in all aspects of the real estate industry. 

Buying a Home Today in Ventura County:

The Ventura County real estate market is constantly changing. Inventory levels are increasing but they are still in  short supply relative to demand. Market segmentation is key to knowing which homes are going up in price and which are not. While mortgage rates remain low by historical standards, they are continuing to move higher is small increments. And, when the FED decides to end its stimulus program, rates are poised to increase significantly thus increasing the cost of home ownership.

Buying a home requires more research, more analysis, and more planning by home buyers than ever before. It is essential that home buyers in Ventura County properly select a real estate agent to represent them and their interests through the home buying process. Home buyers must have a clear picture of what they are looking for in their next home and be decisive when a home that suits their wants and needs is found. An organized methodical approach to home buying will ensure that the home buyer is a well educated client that understands the process and acts confidently when presented with opportunity.

a) Register for email listing alerts so that you'll be among the first to know when a new listing that meets your requirements hits the market. The most desirable homes sell very quickly under the current market conditions. You need to be on top of new listings before the others who are searching for the same type of homes.

b) You absolutely must be pre-approved for financing. Your offer will not even be looked at unless you have been pre-approved with a reputable lender. Even pre-qualified is inadequate. If you'd like to know the difference between being pre-approved and pre-qualified call me.
